I’ve spent nearly a decade turning ideas into environments that foster connection, creativity, and belonging.

My journey began in architecture, where I quickly learned that design goes beyond built environment, that architecture should nurture human experience and respond to life, not just structure shaped. The way I see Design : as something living, emotional, and social. That belief has stayed with me, whether I’m designing a future workplace, hybrid work models/policies , conducting market analysis or building a change management toolkit.

At Gensler and KGO, I’ve had the privilege of working across industries, from Fortune 500s, healthcare providers, financial institutions to environmental nonprofits, and think tanks helping organizations navigate transformation with purpose. This experience gave me the tools to work at both the systems level and the human scale: from occupancy analytics and IWMS rollouts to inclusive / neuroscience design integration and stakeholder engagements.

I lead by listening. I adapt as I learn. And I believe that the best solutions come from bringing different voices together to shape spaces that reflect how people truly live and work. No strategy is perfect on its own but when built together, it can create meaningful, lasting change.
